Brian Nunn Join HealthSouth Florence as CEO
Brian Nunn has assumed the position of chief executive officer at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Florence, an inpatient physical rehabilitation hospital that serves patients recovering from conditions such as stroke and other neurological disorders, cardiac and pulmonary conditions, brain and spinal cord injuries, complex orthopedic conditions, and amputations. He started his new role on July 13.
Nunn comes to HealthSouth Florence after serving as the chief operating officer of Novant Health and brings more than 20 years of experience leading hospital operations throughout the Carolinas. He has spent time working in acute care for not-for-profit and for-profit organizations and has extensive experience at developing and enhancing clinical programs, quality improvement programs and care management programs.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and master’s degrees in business administration and health care administration from Pfeiffer University.
