Gwyneth Paltrow shares how to make three ‘super easy’ holiday meals that will make people ‘think you’re really good’

On Thanksgiving Day, Gwyneth Paltrow dished up three ‘ridiculously easy’ holiday meals.

In a video posted on Thursday, the actress showed how easy it is to make a quick meal that will still make people ‘think you’re really good’.

The goop founder, 50, shared recipes for: potato chips with caviar, which he calls ‘Diablo’, and a sauce made from anchovies called ‘Bagna Cauda’.

The first recipe on the list was ‘Potato Chips with Caviar’. Ingredients include – obviously – potato chips and caviar.

To make the appetizer a little less simplified, he added sour cream and chives to the garnish.

‘I feel like I’m gaming the system,’ she said. ‘It’s so easy!’

The second opener he named ‘Diablo’ – which he explained means ‘devil’ in Spanish.

However, hors d’oeuvre does not include the element that makes it spicy. Instead, ‘diablo’ is ‘crispy and sweet’.

The former Iron Man star stuffed pitted prunes with ‘goat and lamb feta-ish cheese’.

He then wraps those prunes in prosciutto before popping them in the oven.

‘Make sure that when you’re doing something simple — just three ingredients — that the quality of the ingredients is really good.’

For his third appetizer of the day, he made ‘Bagna Cauda’ – which he explained is Italian for ‘hot bath’.

Paltrow creates ‘a cohesive, unctuous, umami-like sauce’ by combining olive oil, butter, garlic, and a handful of anchovies in a pan.

To enjoy this gluten-free and vegan appetizer, he dipped bitter leafy greens into the sauce.

He further explained that he sometimes chooses a thin slice of bread to enjoy this meal.

‘I’m going to need more alcohol or I’m going to be kicked out of work for, like, two weeks,’ he joked as he made the last of his meal.
